Matt LeBlanc said:
"Jen is one big giant heart. Over the last couple of seasons, I've had the pleasure of really working close with Jen. And she's so alive on stage and she really works from the heart and is really sensitive and really has a great work ethic and is just dynamite."
"Jen doesn't like to overwork things. She has a real fresh loose-cannon-y thing about her that's real exciting to work with."
"She's a - just a giant heart with a head and feet. That's Jennifer Aniston, yeah."
"Jennifer [Aniston] and I kind of clung together at the end. We were both having a really hard time. " - about the end of Friends
"Yeah, David just directed an episode but Jennifer is the one you really have to get away from. She brings flocks of paparazzi with her. One time we happened to be at the same valet parking. We greeted each other and kissed on the cheek. Of course the one thing they got was a picture of us that looked like we're making out!"
"I'm still not the famous one. That's Jennifer. We were having lunch last year and photographers were all over us. They snapped us outside the restaurant giving each other a goodbye kiss on the lips. The papers had a field day. You can't really go near Jennifer. You do, and you're all over the world headlines."
"I had a little crush on Jen in the very beginning, but I think the whole world did too, so what are you going to do? That didn't last very long because they did become like sisters. Jen became like a little sister and Courteney and Lisa became like big sisters."
"Jen is just an angel with great advice all the time."
Angela Levin (makeup artist for Rumor Has It and The Break-Up) said:
"Jen has an amazing ability to see the bright side of things. She has a very healthy, positive outlook on life, and it really does show. I think the beauty secret for a lot of women is happiness - it shows on your face."
Doug Liman (producer of Mr and Mrs Smith) said:
"The next year, Jennifer got
Friends. I was like, You guys were idiots not to let me cast the person I wanted." - on casting Jen in one of his movies
Ron Livingston said:
"I was nervous about it. But the first day of shooting she smiled and looked me in the eye. She dropped her guard is what she did. And she totally disarmed me."
Lindsay Lohan said:
"I love how she dresses. She's very classy, but at the same time, she's fun and down to earth. She can never dress wrong, and I really admire that."
Justin Long said:
"She is just lovely. Reacts to every compliment like it is the first one she's ever heard. I don't know how she does it. But I watched her at 'The Break-Up' premiere in Chicago ... There were no ropes, you know, so she gets out of the car and moves toward the crowd to shake hands and suddenly there is just this enormous surge of people. She had to almost run back to the carpet. It was kind of scary."
Shirley MacLaine said:
"This woman has a core of real understanding of how to deal with suffering, and a capacity to separate her suffering from the discipline of work. We had some long talks, which I don't want to discuss, and got to know each other, and I admire her and what she went through -- and probably still is going through."
"I have maternal feelings towards her. Everything had hit, and it was just national news on a level that's not fair to anybody. Jennifer's emotional discipline to keep it together was really extraordinary. I don't know how she did it. She's remarkably levelheaded about the love she still feels in her heart after having been hurt."
"I'm really proud of her for the way she is handling this while also being an icon -- if you can be one at 36, of knowing what to do when you get trampled in public. Her emotional discipline is extraordinary, and I really want to compliment her for that."
"I saw her go through that breakup. She leaned on me for support and we had long talks, which I will not discuss here. She really responded well to my advice... She's definitely a good girl."
Molly Madden (manager from the past) said:
"At the time, we were seeking out a character for Jennifer to sink her teeth into. Kate is a modern woman struggling with a career and personal life. I knew Jennifer as an actress would utilize both the irony and comedy of the character's situation."
Laurence Mark (producer of The Object Of My Affection) said:
"She is the girl next door - the idealized version. She's really pretty, but somehow you can believe she might live next door, if you were lucky. With Jen you feel this immediate connection."
"Jennifer is the girl next door - or the girl you'd like to have next door. And she's a better actress than her TV work let's you see."
Chris McMillan (friend and hair stylist) said:
"I first met Jennifer Aniston when she was shooting the pilot for Friends. Her manager brought her to the salon and said, 'Chris, I've got this great girl, but she need a little help with her hair.' I wanted to get rid of her bangs, so I layered her hair while they were growing out. That's how we ended up with The Rachel cut. For the past 11 years, I've done Jennifer's hair for pretty much every event. Once, when I got to her house, she still hadn't washed her hair, and her nails were wet from a manicure. I actually got in the shower and shampooed it while she held her hands up in the air. And, as you'd expect, we've been close ever since."
"After I gave Jen a French twist for Monica's wedding on Friends, she said, 'Chris, if I ever ask for a French twist again, remind me that I hate them.' For that reason, and because she has gorgeous hair, I don't do many updo's on her. One of her favorite styles is just glassy straight and parted off-center. If it's going to be a long night, like the Emmys, I spray PhytoVolume Actif Maximizing Volume Spray at the crown after I towel it dry. Her hair is fine and straightens easily with a round brush and a blow-dryer, but there's a lot of it. I normally go over the whole head with a flatiron without getting closer than one inch from the roots. Then I'll finish with Kérastase Serum Nutri-Sculpt on the ends. Lately, I've pulled her hair into a loose side ponytail, which looks adorable over one shoulder."
"When Jennifer was filming Along Came Polly, she needed a rougher, wavier texture to match her character. This style also looks great with a straight gown, like the one she wore the Golden Globes. I always start with clean, damp hair, make an off center-part, and push her bangs to the side. A little PhytoVolume Actif Maximizing Volume Spray at the crown lifts the roots. I tousle her hair with my fingers as I blow it out, and when it's 75 percent dry, I switch to a diffuser to remove the remaining moisture. Once her hair is dry, I wrap random sections around a curling iron for imperfect waves. Her bangs can be tricky because if they're too smooth, they won't match the rest of her hair. I usually dab Tancho Pomade on my fingertips and run them through the bangs to rough them up."
"She has a sex appeal without trying to be overtly sexy. She's a golden girl, head to toe."
"Her willingness to try new things is the best part."
John Melick (Jen's half-brother) said:
"She'd run around the house making that 'Bananananananananana!' sound effect, directing herself through parts of the show."
"[Our parents' divorce was] like a slap in the face for her."
Debra Messing said:
"Jennifer is so lovely - you forget she's famous after about three minutes of talking to her."
Jennifer Meyer said:
"I hit the jackpot. If somebody said, 'Who do you aspire to wear your jewellery?' I would have said Jen."
"She starts a frenzy whenever she wears anything. I've gotten calls from around the world. Everyone wants what Jen wore. That's the power of Jennifer Aniston. She never tries to be something she's not."
Jay Mohr said:
"People lined up on the street at seven o'clock in the morning, five deep, to watch her get out of a car and walk into a trailer."
Julianne Moore said:
"I'd take Jennifer Aniston's body - the whole thing."
Dermot Mulroney (Gavin on Friends) said:
"It's a fantastic cast. What I was struck with is how well they got along. And of course Jen is just a delight all around. It's not just her charm and her good looks--it's that other kind of unique appeal."

"I think that she's classic, classy, beautiful, lovely...just the greatest."
