| Agreed! I love Jim! He is my favorite actor and him and Jen worked so well together. I'd love to see them work together again. |

| I think they had great chemistry in Bruce but I think Jim's too crazy. He can't sit still. But I do kick myself because I didn't see Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. He was supposed to be great in it. |

Jim can sit still. I've seen it. He just likes to be crazy on a lot TV interviews because he likes to make the reporters laugh. He's got a great sense of humor and while it may annoy some people, others think it's fuuny. I love that he never takes himself too seriously like a lot of actors do. He has said that he is not always fuuny and people who have worked with him and know him (including Jen) have said that in real life he is actually quiet. I actually know a girl from a Jim site that I'm on who was an extra in two of Jim's movies, one of them Bruce Almighty in fact, and she said that when the cameras were not rolling Jim was calm and quiet and actually kept to himself a lot. He did goof around with the cast and extras at times but she said not nearly as much as you would have thought he would.
And as far as talent goes, he has got a lot of it. He is so funny but he is an amazing dramatic actor as well. I think he is so underated in Hollywood. He should have been up for an Oscar numerous times but the Academy keeps snubbing him which is unfair. You should see Eternal Sunshine. He is absolutely brillant in it! I don't understand how Kate Winslet was nominated for that movie and he wasn't. |

Totally understand what you mean about the Academy Award. Same with Jen, actually. But eh... she'll hopefully get one in the future... if not, who cares?
You seem to be a hugeee Jim fan.
And about the awards again, no one takes comedy seriously; I guess that's the problem. I do understand why Kate got a nomination but I don't understand why Jim didn't get one, because everyone I asked said he was great.

I am a huge Jim fan. Have been for years. I know just about everything you'd ever want to know about him. One of the things that drew me to him besides the fact that I think he's cute and funny is his great personality. Like Jen, he seems very down to earth and just a regular guy. He tries not to let the fame thing go to his head like a lot of other celebrities. He also is a private guy, and he tries to stay out of the Hollywood scene as much as possible. That's why you don't see him at a lot of events. Everything that I've read and heard about him said that in person, he is really intelligent, reflective, and quiet but a very nice guy. He came from humble beginnings and had a rough childhood and he loves helping others. One kid on a Jim site I'm on met him through Make-A-Wish and he said that it was the best day of his life, Jim still even writes to him on his bithday and other occasions.
About the Academy thing, I'm over that. I just think they lost their credibility. To overlook comedy they way they do is terrible. The Academy members probably just look at Jim and see a goof but I have heard they asked him to host a number of times, he keeps turning them down though and I think he is right in doing so. They just want to see him funny, they refuse to aknowledge him as a serious actor. They did it for others like Jamie Foxx and Robin Williams, but they refuse time after time to do it for him. He was a good sport in the beginning, but now I think he is getting tired of it, that's why he doesn't go anymore.
I am afraid that Jen will have this probelm too. She is also underated for her talent I think but you're right if she doesn't get an Oscar it's not the end of the world. There are people like us who appreicate her talent and the same goes for Jim and his fans too. You don't need an Oscar to prove you're talented. |

| I like Jim Carrey. He's a fabulous actor and one of the greatest comedians in Hollywood. Just look at him and I will laugh. Sometimes I watch the bloopers of his movies, he just cracks me up! Have seen Bruce Almighty, very very funny. I think he's a great actor, cause he can also acts seriously, like in Eternal Sunshine of a Spottless Mind, haven't seen this movie yet, but the reviews were fantastic! Can't wait to see this movie! |

Just a little something I thought you guys might like to check out. Jim had a press day for his new movie "Fun with Dick and Jane" and while being interviewed by ET he talked about Jen and had some funny and sweet things to say about her.
Here is ET Online's video link.

It is on the main page under video Jim Carrey on Jennifer Aniston. |

Can you tell me what he said? Cause I can't view those videos for some reason. |

Basically he said that he doesn't know how she remains sane being on the cover of so many magazines. Then in typical Jim fashion he went on to joke about how many magazines she's on saying that she's even on the cover of Popular Mechanics holding a wrench
The guy from ET, I think it was Kevin Frazier then asked him why he thinks people are so obsessed with her, and Jim said "Because they like her. I think she is proof of someone who has made it and is still a good person."
There is also a funny part when Kevin says, "Jennifer called you a genius." To which Jim replies jokingly, "How does she know what a genius is?" Then he starts laughing and says that was very sweet of her.
That's basically it, but I thought it was sweet and funny and you guys would like to see it. |

Aww... thanks! It really was sweet. You could post that in the Tidbit-Thread, if you want.
