Alleged Aniston Crasher Charged

Jennifer Aniston's allegedly uninvited beach house guest might soon have a new address: Prison.

David Hesterbey, 48, is facing a six-year stint behind bars after being charged Monday in Los Angeles with felony burglary for his alleged visit to Aniston's Malibu rental.

Hesterbey pleaded innocent to all charges, Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office spokeswoman Jane Robison said. He is being held on $70,000 bail, and is due back in court on Sept. 7.

Described as a transient by prosecutors, Hesterbey was arrested at about 12:30 p.m. last Thursday on the sands of Malibu after being chased out of Aniston's nearby home by two of the actress' employees, authorities said.

Prosecutors allege Hesterbey took a cab from Santa Barbara to Aniston's Malibu door--a roughly 65-mile drive. Upon his arrival, the man allegedly stiffed the driver the $250 fare, Robison said. Hesterbey, previously busted for burglary, faces a charge of felony petty theft with a prior conviction for that alleged misdeed.

Hesterbey allegedly gained access to the Aniston abode through an unlocked door. Once inside, he told a surprised Aniston staffer that he was "looking for Jennifer," authorities said.

At the time, the former Friends star was said to be 2,000 miles away in Chicago, at work on the romantic comedy The Break Up.

In need of new digs since her split from husband Brad Pitt, Aniston is reportedly shelling out $30,000 a month for the Malibu address.

JENNIFER ANISTON has been granted a restraining order against a man who was arrested after entering her Malibu home last Thursday, ET has learned. Los Angeles Superior Court papers forbid DAVID HESTERBEY, 48, of Santa Barbara, CA, from coming within 100 yards of the star or her property. According to the L.A. County District Attorney's Office, Hesterbey pleaded innocent to a charge of felony burglary while being arraigned in Van Nuys Superior Court on Monday. His bail was set at $70,000, and he is due back in court on Sept. 7.

Aniston Visitor Told to Keep Away

Jennifer Aniston's allegedly uninvited beach house guest is not going to get the chance to come calling anytime in the near future.

David Hesterbey, 48, a homeless man who was charged with felony burglary and petty theft after paying an unannounced visit to the actress' Malibu abode last month, was ordered Wednesday to keep a minimum of 100 yards away from Aniston, her home and her vehicle, for three years.

Hesterbey allegedly arrived at Aniston's beachfront rental by taxi on Aug. 25, stiffing the driver on a $250 fare. He then scaled a nine-foot fence and entered the home through an unlocked door.

Upon encountering one of the former Friends star's employees, he explained that he was "looking for Jennifer" and that "Jennifer Aniston told me to come here," the actress' camp said in court papers. When a second employee confronted him, Hesterbey fled the residence and headed for the beach, according to officials.

Police found the man wandering the sand shortly thereafter and arrested him.

Hesterbey has pleaded innocent to all charges. He is currently being held on $70,000 bail and faces up to six years behind bars if convicted. His next court date is set for Sept. 26.

, as she was in Chicago wrapping up work on The Break Up, opposite Vince Vaughn, which is targeted for a Feb. 17, 2006 release.

The actress will next be seen on the big screen in the thriller Derailed with Clive Owen. The film, which may give Aniston the chance to prove that her acting range extends beyond the witticisms of Rachel Green, is set for release Nov. 11.

Aniston will also appear in the romantic comedy Rumor Has It, due in theaters Christmas Day. She'll follow that release with Friends with Money, a comedy also featuring Joan Cusack and Frances McDormand, which is slated for an April 2006 release.

Having firmly established herself as the most successful Friends alum, Aniston is showing no signs of slowing down in the near future. Still ahead, she's due to appear in the thriller Diary, the drama The Senator's Wife and the thriller Wanted, opposite Meryl Streep.

Meanwhile, the actress' real-life divorce drama is winding down. Her split from Brad Pitt becomes final Oct. 2, leaving both halves of the couple free to remarry, should either party so desire.
