I remember reading the original People article, then it was changed and the wording was different. I think the only reason this is being made a big deal is because it was known publicly that Jennifer had interest in this film and now all of this crap. Its like this stuff will never go away.

I agree with you- now we have the same old triangle crap all over again. I'm sick that this came up and now the media is setting them against each other . The movie isn't even going to start until middle of September-why did this have to come up so soon? PLUS no one else has been cast. Just too weird for me. I'd like to know how Warner feels -they supposedly had the deal and now it's been put at Paramount. I really don't think Brad Grey ever relinquished his part of the company.

actually you guys ..i think it worked out for the best that jennifer isnt going to be in this role ....i think angelina might possibly get some bad press for having been selected for this role ...a lotta people feel halle berry or thandie newton shud have got the role ...check out imdb.com for more details....perhaps it worked out better for jen this way , as far as this project goes ...

an aside , AJ and BP are vying for the roles of dagny and john in the to be filmed atlas shrugged ...ive never heard of a worse case of miscasting ..Ayn rand would turn in her grave if she knew ..AJ's stand on charities , etc ...is at the opposite end of the spectrum to Ms.Rand's objectivism principles ..

I've watched the trailer and looked at all the cast/crew on Yahoo.A lot of people said that she was dropped from this about the same time she was dropped from Running with Scissors. If you look at the tv promo she's not in it. Could be a mistake but I don't think so. We'll have to wait and see....Kristin Hahn is an executive producer.

She is still listed at IMDB along with Pitt and Gray, though I doubt any of them actually had spent a lot of time with it. But it is a WB movie and I think she kept all of those.

I hope that she was able to keep this too. The rumors going around say that she didn't get to do so. Hope that is all they are- rumors!!!!

Jen was never really a producer on this. This was more of Brad's project. Also I saw only Brad Pitt and Brad Grey as the producers in commercials I have seen.

Yeah imdb is not really all the reliable, they have her still listed will all Plan B projects even though she is not apart of it anymore.

Kathy- I am a fan of BP and he had certain projects that he had more interest in, the same as Jen and she got all her projects when she left Plan B. Projects like The Departed and Jesse James were more of his things, While Diary, Wanted ect. were more of her things. The Daniel Pearl thing confused me a bit since I remember them both talking about it and I thought that Jennifer was interested in it, but now obviously Brad took that one. Brad, to me, was also more involved with Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Troy but that is my opinion.

I think when Plan B moved with Brad Grey to Paramount,that was when the ties were severed with her and Plan B.
