A: They seem to be close to hiring Rachel McAdams ("Red Eye") to star, and they're looking for a director. Brad will be one of the producers, but he and Jennifer won't be in the movie. I think it's going to happen (in 2008), which could be wonderful or alarming.

I adore Rachel McAdams, I think it's going to be great. But I love this book sooooo much...
It's my favorite, it's amazing! I really, really, really wanted Jennifer to be Clare! |

| This isn't really related to Jen and I don't know if this is the right thread but since Kristin is Jen's producing partner, I thought it was worth a mention. Kristin will be producing the new Naomi Watts film called Kicked, Bitten and Scratched. |

Yep, Rachel McAdams will play Clare and Eric Bana just signed on to play Henry. I love this book - hopefully the movie will be just as good.

| Nice news. I think usually movies are not as good as their original books, but The time traveler's wife is so amazing that there is not way to 'ruin' it. I don't think anyone who read will be desapointed. I really want to watch this movie! And I loved the cast. I would never think of Eric to play Henry but it was a great choice. And I think Rachel is very talented. |

This may not be on topic because it has nothing to do with Jennifer as a producer but I didn't want to open a new topic for this.
David Fincher and Alek Keshishian are in the most recent paparazzi pictures. David Fincher and Jennifer. They were (ridiculous) rumors about a commerical with those two, wasn't there? Anyway, does anyone want to guess if Fincher and Jennifer might have a project going on? Maybe one we already know about? Something entirely different? I'd love to have him directing her. |

Laura there were rumors from E! last summer than they may work together on a project. ( Jennifer, Kristen, Alex and David) because she went to the premiere of Love and Other Disasters. Other than that I don't know of anything other than Jennifer has known David for years.

| I figured they must have known each other at least since Fight Club. I never thought they were as close as it seems in the recent pictures. Like, vacationing together or whatever. Then again, you never know. But it's also me hoping they really do work together one day. |
