Samuel Goldwyn Films and Image Entertainment are in final negotiations for domestic distribution rights to the Jennifer Aniston comedy "Management."

Steve Zahn and Woody Harrelson also star in the Sidney Kimmel Entertainment film, one of the top properties eyed by buyers at September's Toronto International Film Festival.

In writer-director Stephen Belber's film, Zahn plays Mike, an offbeat hotel manager who falls for his uptight guest Sue (Aniston). Harrelson plays her punk-rock ex-boyfriend.

"Management" is one of a slew of AFM deals for SGF, which is set to handle theatrical distribution. Image will release the film on home video.

CAA packaged the project and repped the domestic deal. SKE's international arm, Sidney Kimmel International, is handling sales in overseas territories.
