I'm not a fan of Katherine's, but she is the media's darling. Her bashing of Knocked Up, the film that took her from a 300K to a 6 mil actress was in poor taste and now she's back pedaling like crazy with even more media hype.
While I loved Jen on the episode of Dirt, I really didn't expect her to return. It was a one shot deal, in my opinion. It got Court the ratings surge that she needed, it reunited these two good friends on screen and for me, that was enough. I would much rather see Jen in her own projects, like the ones she's involved with right now. Can't wait for Management, in particular, to be released. I think it will be a hoot. |

May I ask, which "cheap shots"? Like Eva Longoria's "cheap shots" saying she didn't wanna be like Jennifer Aniston, a "tv star" and wanted to do big movies and the movie she was promoting when she said this bombed? |

I loved that, too. Eva's got a great career, attending red carpet events and awards shows. |

I do too, my cold black heart loves the fact it bombed big. I wanna know exactly what Katherine said, because her acting is not one of the gratest in my opinion - me and my mom stoped watching Grey's Anatomy because of her - and I wanted to make sure my theory that those new, young stars have always to bring Jennifer's name on interviews, acting like they're bigger than her, but in the end, they just wanna be where Jennifer is; it's a clich! |

Well thank you anyway.
^ After reading, didn't think she was bashing Jennifer nor offending her, so I edited it all (although I still not a big fan of her), because, without some sentences I wanted to edit, I'd sound like a hater and despite my curiosity, I'm not. ;) [/edited] |

Is this the Katherine comment you were talking about, tic tac? It's from her EW interview.
Quote: Team Heigl's focus right now is making that often fraught transition from TV to the big screen. ''We're all familiar with how Jennifer Aniston moves, how Courteney Cox speaks, because of 10 years on Friends,'' the actress says. ''But I think if I can find roles that are different enough from Izzie, I can find a way to shake her.''
She tried to redeem herself in July 2007 with Glamour...
On who she thinks has a healthy body in Hollywood:
Quote: Jennifer Aniston and Halle Berry are both in amazing shape. They look phenomenal but they dont look sick. Then theres Kate Winslet: Shes confident, beautiful, talented and sexy and she owns it. Early in my career, I read an interview she gave about how the industry wanted her to lose weight; she basically gave them the finger and said no. I remember thinking, I can do that too. I dont have to look like one of these genetically superior people in order to work.
Thanks Kathy Bear. |

That's what I thought too....But you know what Jennifer has taken lots of different roles. I think she continues to do so now....Sometimes it's best not to mention other people in interviews-it can come back to bite you in the butt...
Like what Katherine said about Knocked Up- she's having to backtrack or explain herself a lot now. |

| Like I said to tic tac, I don't think she said something ugly, I think she was trying to say that she doesn't want to stay in Grey's Anatomy forever, because actors that stay in a show for a long time, tends to have a stereotype about them and that is so true, in my opinion. |

Kathy Bear wrote: I just think Tina was a one shot deal for them...She helped set up the chain of events for the finale.Curious how they'll write her out though... Oh, okay. I guess I'd have to follow the series to know if I agree with that. But I agree that she should do more roles like that.
Quote: ''We're all familiar with how Jennifer Aniston moves, how Courteney Cox speaks, because of 10 years on Friends.'' Well, if that's the comment tic tac was referring to, I don't see anything wrong with her comment. She basically says Jennifer and Courteney (or anyone who's been on the same show for ten years or more) have it tougher than others. Which I think is true because we do know Jennifer as Rachel, she's played the Rachel part for such a long time, it's hard to shake it off. In my opinion, she's doing a good job.
I don't really like Katherine Heigl either but let's be careful not to turn this into useless bashing. :) |

| I got Look magazine today and it has Jen on the cover. Inside it is a whole load of rubbish about Jen 'dumping' her tight knit circle of girlfriends to find the man for her. It's kinda implying that Jen doesn't care about Courteney anymore which is far from the truth. |

This is the same magazine that claimed that Jennifer gave them an interview back in August with a totally rubbish story. Huvane denied the interview and the contents of the story to Us Weekly on August 21st. They seem to be obsessed with Jennifer. She's on their cover very often. It's my understanding that they do not enjoy a reputation for credibility in the UK. |
