| I read that interview in its original form and he's not discussing his relationshp with Jen specifically. He's talking in generalalities. He basically is saying all the things he said before Jen and while with her. He never says he broke up with her b/c he didn�t like all the attention their romance was attracting. Just another media outlet twisting words. |

He opened this up when he chose to talk about his personal life to the original UK interviewer last week. Vince knows the ins and outs of how it works. He's a pro in this business. I'm very disappointed in him. That's why Jennifer doesn't talk about her personal life in interviews. |

| I agree Meg. Jennifer has never talked about her split with VV. When I read all these stories from this interview with VV on Google I thought -this is not good at all. It's interesting to me that a lot of people seem to use Jennifer when they have movies to promote...I just don't get it.... |

That is really unfair to Vince.
He did also mention Owen in a few interviews when asked about him saying that they got together and he is fine and no one needs to worry about Owen. |

| Yeah he didn't say her name, and they did twist to what they wanted, but I knew this kind of article would appear in the moment I read his quote, and I'm not smarter than Vince. But it's not that big deal anyway, he said sweet things and many things that he had said before. |

^ Exactly. Cut him some slack. Sure, Jennifer hasn't talked about her split with Vince to this date but was she even asked? Was she even in a public position to avoid such a question? Vince is doing promotion and I knew it was going to come. Their words are gonna be twisted around until they have a nice story. Yes, he doesn't like the spotlight; we knew that. Yes, he and Jennifer aren't dating anymore; but we knew that. He can't just avoid all questions related to relationships to avoid tabloid headlines.
ETA / The "Exactly." was meant in relation to Kamia's comment but I do agree with Lekinha, as well. :) |

i know and it's obvious they twisted his words. but i think it would have been wiser if he had said "no comments" like he did when they were promoting TBU. because as it is it's jen who's getting the negative part of what he has to say. |

I totally agree, please read the original article to see he never said anything about Jen, he talked about relationships and he had a relationship with Jen so of course we are going to find something that can be related to Jen, but in fact, those were all sweet words.
And also, please read some Vince interviews before he dated Jen and while he was dating jen, he has said these things before, nothing new. If we wanted to use Jen for movie promotion he would have done it with The Breakup, which was the most important project for him and he didn�t. |

| "No comment" always seems as if you're hiding something and makes it a bigger deal than it is. But, like Kamia said, he doesn't even have to do that to make it a big deal. I don't know, I don't get what's bad about the things he said besides that he said something. |
