Looks like John is letting his hair grow a bit. He looks good in these pictures. Love the blue sweater. Definitely a good color for him.

I like the color on him, too. Looks like he was wearing color again yesterday in this video that X17 took of him. Looks like it could be the same shirt, but maybe just something similar.

It looks like they share many things. He is driving Jennifer's car. laayla

Great minds we have, Lithia - I posted it on the JJ thead, too, because he's driving Jennifer's car. lol Can't get too much of John in blue is my opinion.

I deleted mine. It's better discussed here.

I wonder if Jeninfer was wearing blue, she would look really beautiful in that color with her eyes. And since they often color coordinate.... (just joking, but it would be funny)

Thanks Meg, for the information. That sounds like a great evening. Too bad the whole concert won't be televised, but I will be watching.

I wonder if there will be a red carpet for this event.

John Mayer Invites Jennifer Aniston Home For Turkey Day

John Mayer was back in NYC last night keeping his head warm against the chilly East Coast weather. He's been spending time in sunny LA with Jennifer Aniston recently and it looks like he accumulated some mail while away from home. With Thanksgiving tomorrow, John is supposedly headed a little bit north to his native Connecticut and according to Us Weekly he invited Jennifer to join his family for the holiday. Just last week John met Jennifer's father so it sounds like it's her turn for family-meeting. After the long weekend John is set to take the stage and perform following the Grammy nominations on Dec. 3, but we'll have to see if his number-one fan Jen makes the cross-country trek for family time and to watch him on stage.

John updated his blog and explained the pic from yesterday

Quote:
Happy Holidays
First thing's first... this picture. Let me explain: this photo was taken out of context. I was performing a very tasteful and beautiful reenactment of the video for the hit Whitesnake song "Here I Go Again". This photo makes it look as if it were silly and unnecessary. As anyone who was there can attest to, it was a revelation. "A triumph of the spirit", as one police officer called it.

And to make sure that triumph continues through the holiday season, I am dedicating this blog to the spirit of the holidays. And what is the best way to harness that spirit? Through baking cakes.

I will debut my first of several festive holiday cakes this Saturday night. I invite everyone reading this to join me in the simple joy of expression through baking, and to send me photos of your delicious creations. You think I'm crazy now, but once you apply the last dollop of frosting, or that finishing touch of icing, you'll understand that there's just no hiding from the feeling.

I've set up an e-mail address, [email protected], so that you can show off your own baked goods. I will post the best cakes on my blog, and the one I deem most beautiful will win an autographed signature series Fender Stratocaster guitar.

I wish everyone a wonderful and happy holiday season, and hope you all enjoy yourselves now more than ever.

Your friend,
John
