Under the Help and Suggestions area there is a tutorial of sorts on how to do different things, including posting pictures.

A quick run through is

1.Save picture(s) to your own pc.

2.Register for your own personal online photo album i.e. Photobucket, Imageshack, ImageAvenue. All are easy to sign up for and use.

3.Upload picture(s) to online photo album

4.Look for the paste to forum codes and paste the link in the post reply. Most links look like this [img]www.linkgoeshere.com[/img]

5.[img] [/img] are the image codes needed for the picture to appear.

6.No hot linking ( linking a picture directly from the site itself) save to your own pc and upload to an online album. You can always use the preview button for any post to see if the picture shows up before posting.
