E! is now saying that Jennifer will appear in the third episode.
Week 1 - Will Arnett
Week 2 - Oprah Winfrey
Week 3 - Jennifer Aniston

Jennifer Aniston didn't mind showering down and showing off her moves and her perfect body on the set of 30 Rock in New York over the weekend. The actress looked like she was having a blast cooling off during the late-night filming alongside the show's stars Tina Fey and Jane Krakowski. We got some details on who Jennifer Aniston will play in her cameo � she'll be a "free-spirited, Fatal Attraction-like stalker." Love it. Of course, Tina is also already gushing about Jennifer's "mad skills." I just can't wait to see one of our all-time favorite sitcom ladies guest starring on one of the funniest shows on the air today. Hopefully Alec Baldwin and Tracy Morgan's ridiculous antics will come into play with her storyline too.

judging by the pictures, her character kind of reminds me of joey's stalker, erika, in TOW the superbowl - hand kissing and harassment and all that jazz d:

I could write a long-winded post expressing my concern about how 30 Rock's recent surge of big-name guest stars (Jennifer Aniston! Matthew Broderick! Oprah!) might eat away at screentime for members of its brilliant ensemble cast -- Jane Krakowski, Tracy Morgan, Maulik Pancholy, and Scott Adsit, to name a few -- but my colleague Dalton Ross' email pretty much sums up my feelings on Tina Fey's great sitcom in just two sentences.

| I don't know what to say about that since I have never watched the show. I'm guessing there are indeed fans out there who aren't happy with it but its a decision that the creator made so what can you do? I know I would be watching just that one ep but the loyal fanbase of the show could have a perspective on it which agrees with the above sentiments I guess. |

Well known guest stars are not new to Season 3 of 30 Rock. Season 2 had some very formidable guests, including Jerry Seinfeld, Carrie Fisher, Rip Torn, Will Arnett, Edie Falco, Steve Buscemi, Elaine Stritch, Tim Conway, David Schwimmer and Al Gore. 7 guest stars for that season are nominated as part of the overall 17 2008 Emmy nods given to the show this year, a record for any one show in one season. Maybe EW is playing devil�s advocate amidst all the positive buzz. And don�t forget, Tina is not only an actor on the show but head writer and an executive producer and I�m sure she knows her audience by now.

Alec Baldwin confirmed the news to Extra on Monday.
�Yes, Jennifer Aniston and Oprah. What more do you want?" he exclaimed. "We�re only on episode four!�
Although he didn't elaborate on the daytime diva's role on the NBC comedy, he revealed more about Aniston's role on the show.
She plays Tina Fey's pal and "has a reputation of a man-eater," Baldwin said.
"She loves to seduce alpha men," he said, explaining how Aniston's character falls for his character, network executive Jack Donaghy. "Tina warns me about her, and I say, 'Don't worry, I recognize those kinds of women....' Count to three, and she and I are coming out of my bathroom with our clothes off."
He said the cast was "very lucky" to work with the Friends alum.
"She�s so alive, she's funny and beautiful," he added. "She�s got the comedy crazy gene. She was a perfect fit for the show.�
