We JUST spotted John Mayer leaving Jennifer Aniston's Hollywood home after the two got together for a romantic dinner at Sunset Tower last night! X17 photogs caught John driving off in a black Cadillac just a few moments ago, and said that the musician did "everything he could to sneak out of Jen's place today." Even though the two left Sunset Tower separately last night, it looks like there was an overnight bag involved!

Jen started off her night at the Glamour Reel Moments event, and then headed to Chateau Marmont for the afterparty and stayed for about thirty minutes. Jen arrived at Sunset Tower's Tower Bar around 10:30 pm to meet up with her former flame, and she left around 12:45 am. Though Jen managed to sneak out and slip into her limo, we were able to get a shot of John as he left!

It looks like the relationship is back on! Jen's happy to have her man back, John's happy to be in the headlines, so everyone wins!

The sneaky-sneaky twosome were caught leaving Hollywood's Sunset Tower Hotel in the wee hours of Wednesday morning (together!), confirming all those rumors that their relationship is back on.

The loved-up twosome then drove off to Jen's house where they no doubt continued to celebrate John's 31st birthday in style (ahem!).

After attending the Glamour Reel Moments with Couteney Cox and Demi Moore, Jen ditched her friends and sneaked away to the Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles for a romantic rendezvous with her favourite lady-loving crooner.

They at arrived around 10 p.m. and sat indoors. Jen � who ordered a Zone-friendly grilled chicken salad � shared a celebratory bottle of wine with the table which included three other pals.

Sources tell FYB that Jen and John were holding hands thoughout the night.

After spending the evening out supporting Courteney Cox and her directorial debut, Jennifer Aniston snuck out to meet back up with John Mayer. The two have apparently been back sneaking around together for some days now though have somehow managed not to be photographed together until now. While most of you weren't enthusiastic about the idea of Jennifer and John back together, I'm remembering how hot they looked cuddling poolside down in Miami last Spring. Maybe the duo should celebrate their reunion with another romantic escape?

Jennifer Aniston comes out to support BFF Courteney Cox at the Glamour Reel Moments screening at the Directors Guild of America in Los Angeles on Tuesday. The event showcased short films written and directed by women, including Cox.

Aniston, 39, and John Mayer, 30, reunited last weekend and again shared a romantic dinner at Sunset Tower�s Tower Bar in West Hollywood on Tuesday.

An insider tells Us Weekly: �They looked like they had the best time. They were holding hands at one point and seemed very much back on. She seemed extremely happy to be back with him. They were close and laughing the whole time with their friends.�

Everyone's favorite playa John Mayer celebrated his birthday (again) with Jennifer Aniston at a party hosted at Courteney Cox and David Arquette's mansion.

Guests at the party were made to line up LAX-style to be searched for any hidden cell phones and cameras before entering the house and gettin' their groove on.

Jennifer and John then went on to a far more intime celebration at the House of Cigars restaurant. How many birthday parties does John Mayer get, anyway?

Guests at the Cox house included Sacha Baron Cohen, Isla Fisher and David Spade.

Out on a sunny October afternoon, Jennifer Aniston made a stop at Cahuenga Elementary School in Los Angeles, California on Thursday (October 16).

According to a source on the scene, the former �Friends� actress greeted the young staff members of the Los Angeles Unified School District with a friendly smile and a handshake before entering the school�s doors for presumed charity work.
