I'm sorry to say this but:
This is a WARNING that all the news services
are looking at their website logs to see where the traffic is coming from.
They are then following the links back to the origin to see if any of
their copyrighted images are being used on the site.
You don't want Layla or JAC/JACF to get in trouble, please don't make
links to these web services. In effect:
Wireimage
Abaca Press
Gettyimages
Splashnews
FasionWireDaily(FWD)
Allover Press
Rexfeatures
Hellomagazine
Teenhollywood
E! online
Entertainment Tonight(ET)
Inside Edition
Associated Press(AP)
UPPA
United Press International(UPI)
MTV
or any site that would use press photos
I give this warning because these services have shutdown several large
websites in the last two days.
Any links to private sites like Photobucket.com are ok.
You can post any pictures as long as they are hosted on your private server.

A doubt:
Url of the page where are the pictures can, the one that we cannot do is to post direct links of the pictures!
Isn't?

Any link to these photo services where it be to a picture or to the whole
page will send them back to look at JACF.
When someone at JACF clicks the link, it shows up on the photo services
web log.

Did you inform in BPCF the other forum of Layla?

There is where the more people make that! I already informed there several times about that.
I informed at several forums that I participate.
I don't want any forum that I like have problems.
I adore BPCF, JACF, Jen-Fan, Friends cafe Forum, Courvid, Friends-Boards, Jen Style. . . I will make everything that can so nothing of bad happens with them. |

| They're actually getting very serious about this. My friend ran a website for Tara Lipinski and now has to take down all WireImage and Film Magic photos. :( |

| what if a pic was obtained from, say, getty images, but then posted on the photobucket and linked to there? would that be ok? because getty images have their logo on every pic, so i was just wondering.. |
