I don't know whether what I'm about to say would make much sense or not but I think we as a bunch need to step back a little. By speculating on it everytime there aren't pics of them we are just adding to everything that is out there . By making conclusions to whether she is wearing a certain watch and if that is a sign of something I think we are just as much scrutinizing their each step as the tabloids do. As I stated before if they have broken up one would get to know sooner or later and if that isn't the case then too one would get to know sooner or later.

I think I totally agree with you, we should love her like we always do, but we shouldn't suffocate her!

JEN ANISTON: TO GLOAT OR NOT TO GLOAT...

GOOD JENNIFER: Thanks to beau JOHN MAYER, its an especially happy New Year for JENNIFER ANISTON who whipped ex-hubby BRAD PITT at the holiday box office.

The Marley & Me beauty is reveling in her victory over the Benjamin Button star, and friends say thats because super-supportive John keeps super-charging her confidence.

Jen isnt the gloating type, but she asked John, Should I be happy about this?

Swagger Stud told her: Go on, gloat a little you earned it!

Pumped Jens now ordered her agents to hunt for a project with Oscar written all over it.

Out of all the gossip columnist this guy is spot on most of the times. He was right about a few things I remember from the past. With that said he could have lifted this from her telling the Fox News gossip columnists she was looking at scripts. lol

Thought it was interesting. Excerpt about recession of paparazzi photos in regards to President Obama.
Quote:

"Even in his inauguration speech, he was talking about America's need to turn away from childishness," says Huffington, reached Wednesday morning in a car on her way to Reagan Airport en route to JFK. "Our culture cannot just be an endless supply of trivialities. From what we read to what we consume to what we look at, I think and I hope that Obama changes everything."

The change may be coming at a critical time for paparazzi. As a recession takes its toll on media outlets, pulp photographs of superstars such as Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer that once fetched US$20,000 are now going for as little as US$1,500. Are the days of People magazine paying US$4.1-million for pictures of Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt a thing of the past?

"A lot of agencies are in trouble and collapsing," says the Toronto-based photographer Louie D., founder of Central Image Agency and one of the world's most famous paparazzi. "There will always be money for intimate pictures of celebrities, but this week, we're really seeing a lot of pictures of Obama and celebrities from Washington. Obama is the much hotter story than the Sundance film festival is."

Thanks for the articles, Kamia. As far as the cost of the pics, I'm sure some of it has to do with the economy and the fact that the tabloids are suffering as well. But I also think it has to do with the fact that people are getting used to Jennifer and John being together, so there's not as big a demand for the pictures as there used to be.

That's one good thing that has come out of this economic crisis - if paps dont earn as much then maybe they will ease up on following jen and john around for photo opps..!

Okay it is Star Magazine, but I am liking this version of the latest gossip:

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are nominated for Academy Awards, but it's Jennifer Aniston
who may steal the show.

According to sources, Jen has been asked to present at the Oscars, which is Brad and Angie's big night as they're both nominees (for The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and Changeling). Not only was Jen in the hugely grossing Marley & Me, but she also has to promote her next film, the star-studded Hes Just Not That Into You.

"She was a good girl and pulled back during the Golden Globes even though she had the hottest movie out," says a friend. Now with HJNTIY coming out Feb. 6, which is expected to be a huge hit, she'll be even more red hot on Oscar night, Feb. 22.

"The movie will likely still be near the top of the box office," says the friend. "Jen will own the night. Brad and Angie might be nominated, but Los Angeles is Jen's town."

And if that weren't enough to steal the spotlight from Brangie, Jen also plans to bring an extra-special publicity-grabbing accessory: her boyfriend John Mayer. In fact, it was he who encouraged her to accept the offer to present, according to an insider close to John.

"You've got to go," John told Jen. "Why do you hide in this town? You have every reason to be there. By presenting at the Oscars, you'll tell the world: 'I dont care about Brad and Angie. I belong here, too.' Jen is taking back ownership of her life. She's gotta move on from this Brad and Angie thing. This is the perfect time, and I'll be there to protect her."

John also hinted to his friend, "Trust me, even if Brad and Angie both win Oscars, that won't be the story of the night."

So then what will be? Maybe Jen will debut her engagement ring. As Star has reported John plans to propose on Feb. 11 -- Jen's 40th birthday. When Johns friend asked if his girl will be wearing the ring, John laughed and replied, "There will be a big story coming out of the Oscars that night -- and it won't be about the winners."

I sat here and giggled for a bit reading this. As much as this birthday engagement is being hyped up I hope it happens. I also hope she presents,it's been two years. Didn't In Touch have a similar story about her birthday or is all the gossip starting to be strung together.

Star articles usually give you good laugh..lol! I could believe the story about her being asked to present at the Oscars but the article itself is quite amusing with all its ludicrous quotes..lol! One day there is a break up story and then at the same time they are predicting as to when he would be proposing. If any of it turns out to be true then they would be the first to take credit as well for breaking the story..lol!

Yes, In Touch had the birthday party/trip story also. It's in the current magazine. I don't recall Star having a breakup story.

If you look at Google News search results, it seems like the UK paps are going with a breakup and the US paps are going with an engagement. The items released today from Jen (Insider interview) and John (silly TMZ skit) give me a status quo vibe.

It seems break up story always start from Uk or somewhere else. That's really strange. Anyway, looks like they are still on. That TMZ video of John tells a lot to me. He's wearing the short tie like David's & mentions Benjamin Brad tid bit. He was very funny & very creative. To me, he's telling everyone where he is & gives a message----everything is alright, alright. love1
