I don't know whether what I'm about to say would make much sense or not but I think we as a bunch need to step back a little. By speculating on it everytime there aren't pics of them we are just adding to everything that is out there . By making conclusions to whether she is wearing a certain watch and if that is a sign of something I think we are just as much scrutinizing their each step as the tabloids do. As I stated before if they have broken up one would get to know sooner or later and if that isn't the case then too one would get to know sooner or later.

JEN ANISTON: TO GLOAT OR NOT TO GLOAT...

GOOD JENNIFER: Thanks to beau JOHN MAYER, it�s an especially happy New Year for JENNIFER ANISTON � who whipped ex-hubby BRAD PITT at the holiday box office.

The �Marley & Me� beauty is reveling in her victory over the �Benjamin Button� star, and friends say that�s because super-supportive John keeps super-charging her confidence.

Pumped Jen�s now ordered her agents to hunt for a project with �Oscar� written all over it.

"Even in his inauguration speech, he was talking about America's need to turn away from childishness," says Huffington, reached Wednesday morning in a car on her way to Reagan Airport en route to JFK. "Our culture cannot just be an endless supply of trivialities. From what we read to what we consume to what we look at, I think and I hope that Obama changes everything."

The change may be coming at a critical time for paparazzi. Are the days of People magazine paying US$4.1-million for pictures of Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt a thing of the past?

"A lot of agencies are in trouble and collapsing," says the Toronto-based photographer Louie D., founder of Central Image Agency and one of the world's most famous paparazzi. "There will always be money for intimate pictures of celebrities, but this week, we're really seeing a lot of pictures of Obama and celebrities from Washington. Obama is the much hotter story than the Sundance film festival is."

ohn also hinted to his friend, "Trust me, even if Brad and Angie both win Oscars, that won't be the story of the night."

So then what will be? Maybe Jen will debut her engagement ring. As Star has reported John plans to propose on Feb. 11 -- Jen's 40th birthday. When John�s friend asked if his girl will be wearing the ring, John laughed and replied, "There will be a big story coming out of the Oscars that night -- and it won't be about the winners."

I sat here and giggled for a bit reading this. As much as this birthday engagement is being hyped up I hope it happens. I also hope she presents,it's been two years. Didn't In Touch have a similar story about her birthday or is all the gossip starting to be strung together.
