Jennifer Aniston is putting her man troubles aside and focusing on her independence by appointing herself decorator of her new $15 million property.

The Friends star is taking the advice of best pal Courtney Cox and getting her hands dirty in a new project which is sure to keep her busy - and all thought of failed relationships at bay.

An insider tells Life & Style, �Jen's bought and moved in what I think is more than $2 million in furnishings.

�She says she has had the chance to really make a place for herself somewhere she can grow old.

"She's in a good place now that she's completing this house. It's clear she doesn't need a man to be happy and fulfilled.�

Jen recently put her makeover skills to good use in a glamorous photo shoot for December's issue of Vogue.

Sasha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher's daughter, Olive, turned one-year-old in Beverly Hills Sunday with a star-studded soiree!

Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Ellen DeGeneres, Portia De Rossi and Dustin Hoffman were among the revelers at the backyard bash.

The theme? Country Western! Guests ate BBQ at red-checkered tables adorned with vases of sunflowers.

At least there is a cute story about Jennifer and it comes from the National Enquirer that claims that the actress is a bit of a germaphobe (who isn't) and the claim is that it is driving her friends nuts. The article cites an insider that claims "She carries hand sanitizer in her purse so she can do the 'wipe-down'. In public, she's constantly wiping grocery carts, hand rails, elevator buttons, door knobs and anything else she comes in contact with."

And when someone reaches out to shake her hand, Jen gets noticeably panicky, added the source. That's just good hygiene isn't it? She should just do like Howie Mandel of the "Deal Or No Deal" game show and do a fist bump.
