Keep all J&J talk in here. Please be respectful of not only Jen and John but each other. I have been shaking my head at some of the posts on here.

Aniston, 39, and Mayer, 30, and three pals arrived late Tuesday night at the Sunset Tower Hotel for dinner at the Tower Bar, where Aniston nibbled on a grilled chicken salad while chatting with the group.
"They left out the back of the hotel and were very discreet," says a source. "Jen was leading but John walked very closely behind her when they left."
Earlier in the evening, Aniston � sans Mayer � supported pal Courteney Cox Arquette at the Glamour Reel Moments premiere.

| Thanks for all the updates. Life has been crazy recently, so I haven't been on posting, but had to come on with all the new information coming out. As a fan, I am happy to see Jennifer looking happy. I respect her ability to figure out what is right for her, and since I only know the little bits that we pick up from tabloids and pictures and the occasional interview, I don't feel that I have the right to judge anyone or to think that my opinion is worth much. I hope they are both happy and that things work out for them, in whatever way they want things to work out. |

MAYER REMAINS MUM
 
After staying out all night with gal pal Jennifer Aniston last night, John Mayer spent much of the day snuggled away at his L.A. home.
Hours passed and no sign of the suddenly camera shy musician. It wasn�t until late afternoon when Mr. Mayer crept out of his bachelor pad dressed up to the nines. (Ok, eights when you figure in the white running shoes.)
Though he has a long history of being candidly honest with the paparazzi, John remained mum when asked by photogs about where he was headed.
A dinner date with Miss Aniston perhaps? That�d make it three dates in less than one week

That John Mayer sure must have something. We all can likely guess what that something is, and it's sure working on Jennifer Aniston.
After telling pals that she had moved on from her on-again, off-again romance with the popular singer, it is clear that the actress is again seeing Mayer.
Aniston is a big girl and is free to date whom she wishes, but I'm hearing that a number of her closest pals -- including "Friends" co-star Courteney Cox and her husband, David Arquette -- are upset about the renewal of the tumultuous Aniston-Mayer fling.
Their concern is focused on Mayer's eternally roaming eye for hot women.
"Jen's friends are just worried that she will again be hurt by John. ... Granted, this isn't as serious as what happened with Brad [Pitt], but it's a shame she's attracted to a guy you know is not around for the long haul,'' said an Aniston pal, convinced Mayer "will have moved on to someone else by Christmas."

Don't know what to make of this reunion. If John hadn't talked to the paps, it would not have been a big deal at all but the fact that he did, makes me skeptical. |

| bill is writing of what he perceive in johns' personality, and it's not only him i checked the tmz today and they have a pic of jen and johns' dinner date the caption says it all. i guess harvey is not a fan of john also. |

| The paps and columnists don't personally know John. Jennifer does. I will believe that her judgement in her personal life means a lot more than Harvey, Bill's or Lainey's opinions. |

| before he opened his big mouth to the paps tmz is one of the tabs that has a great fondness for him they had a turnabout after, it was john who initiated this bad rep from them because of those stupid words |

| All I can say about all of this is I'm not jumping to any conclusions yet, but I my own opinion the moment and following moments after you break up with someone is more telling the the first five "selling" minutes you met the person and despite what did or didn't happen during the course of the relationship or what led to the break up, what john did after the fact was proof not a inference that he is an ego driven and disrespectful person who does not think before he speaks and Jen deserves waaaaaaaay better, despite the fact that it is her choice who she dates. Keep in mind this could have been just a friendly reunion because she "doesn't like negativity between people" and they didn't exactly end things on a clean slate. |

| i'm a big big fan of jen and i guess i just get tired of hearings things of how she'd been let down by people close to her so many times. sometimes as a fan i just want her to fight back and not just let it go until the story dies down. but she's never been that person so that's why i think we have this discussion. we are all fans of jen regardless of what we think of her decission to this topic. but we can all agree that we want her happiness even with that someone whom we cringe everytime we hear that name |
