First of all let me make one thing clear. If you watch Jennifer's movies, just for the sake of feasting your eyes on Jennifer's natural beauty. This movie isn't for you. Jennifer has maybe 30-40 minutes screen time throughout the whole movie.
Now with that cleared up, lets talk about the movie. This is no doubt a good movie, it's suspenseful, dramatic and in extremely short spurts, comical. Starring Clive Owen, and Vincent Cassel along with Jennifer Aniston, withing the first few minutes one is hooked to the screen. What makes this movie so interesting is the plot twist. Without it, it's just any other action thriller.
Charles Schine (Clive Owen) wakes up one morning and is running late for work. He misses his 8:43 A.M. train to work. Boarding the next train, Charles meets a person who will later in the movie turn his world upside down, Lucinda Harris (Jennifer Aniston). One thing leads to another and before you know it, Charles, a married man, is involved in an affair with Lucinda, who herself is married with a child. A train ticket leads to a lunch which leads to drinks in a bar and eventually a 60 dollar tab at a local motel.
However something goes terribly wrong at the motel...
